The Park at Melrose pool
> Just off 8th Ave/Franklin Road in the up and
coming Melrose district. ATTN parents- This is my favorite condominium
complex for Vanderbilt and Belmont grad students who plan to purchase a
home during their stay. Nearby are the universities (Vandy & Belmont),
12 South, 100 Oaks, Fairgrounds, The Melrose Pub, Sevier Park,
MafiaOzas, the Shops at Berry Hill, Fiddle Cakes, Douglas Corner,
Zanie's Comedy, Las Palates, and more. This complex offers a pool and a
gym, but the HOA cost is very reasonable. FHA approved; all units are
now resales. Condos and flats start in the mid-100s. Townhomes from the
mid-200's.
